All my jewelry items are guaranteed for one year.

Note : The guarantee does not cover usual wear and tear, items that have been damaged by the wearer, items not used for their intended purpose and items that have been intentionally altered.

My workshop will repair jewelry items for free during 1 year guarantee period.

 Repair Services : clasp, chain, plating, settings.

How should I return my jewelry ?

 

1.    By post (please use sturdy packaging and send via registered parcel) to the mail address that you will receive by mail.

What is the repair procedure ?

 

 Our workshop will inspect your item and will send it to our repair team. You will receive messages to keep you informed of the repair process.

 

How long does a repair take ?

 

Repair times depends on how big is the problem on your jewelry is and make take up to 1 month. Our repair team will do all it can to return your jewelry as fast as possible.

 

 

How can I get back my jewelry ?

 

Once your item has been repaired you will receive a notification message.
