Can I return an item?
 

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase you may send it back, unused and in its original packaging, for an exchange or a full refund. If the item has been personalized or made to order we won't be able to refund or exchange.
 

Refunds will be made back onto the card used to buy the item.
 

How can I return an item?
 

Goods must be returned, unused and in their original condition, within 14 days from receipt of goods.

Please ensure all items are securely wrapped in the original packaging.
 

If all the above has been completed correctly we will refund you in full.
