Delphine Caravaca jewelry are crafted with 925 Silver or 14K gold-filled.
Gold-filled is an alternative of excellent quality to solid gold.
This treatment, originating from the USA, is the application with a solid layer of gold on the metal base with heat and pressure.
Gold filled is not to be confused with plated gold since there are between 50 to 100 times more gold in a gold-filled product than a plated gold.
Gold filled is much more valuable and durable than plated Gold: it does not flake off, does not fade and do not change color. Any person who can wear gold can wear gold-filled without risk of allergic reaction (even for the earrings).
Vegetal Leather:
Leatherette is a synthetic material made from vinyl or some type of plastic. You may also hear leatherette referred to as faux leather, fake leather, synthetic leather or pleather. While leatherette contains no animal by-products, it's made specifically to mimic the look and feel of real leather.
